DescriptionOne of the greatest team pages from Jim and Scott's epic Uncanny X-Men run, this DPS has 12 of the coolest cats from X-Men, X-Factor, and The New Mutants, all rendered in gloriously prime Lee/Williams slickness! This is incredibly badass!! ROLL CALL: Iceman, Sunspot, Archangel, Marvel Girl, Cyclops, Beast, Cable, Cannonball, Banshee, Gambit, Psylocke, and Wolverine (although to be fair, Magistrate Anderson was as much a hero as anyone and totally deserved a balloon). X-Tinction Agenda is my absolute favorite X-story and the event that spread my interest to all three titles, helping me to later discover the art of Whilce Portacio and Rob Liefeld, both of whose work I now adore. For fans of the ceiling, the right half is mostly a stat of the left, which Jim said "saved me 15 minutes". And before anyone complains about Archangel only having one leg, it's worth noting that Archangel ALWAYS stands one-legged like a flamingo for all group photos. Social/Sharing |

By the gods of homo-superior, this is insane! Thanks for sharing. Never tire of large X art and especially if Daddy Lee pushed the pencil! Congrats.

This is a major page, such great art featuring so many great characters. And also really enjoyed Archangel's flamingo impression.

Great roll call double pager! A special and important time period in comics where Lee and Williams' monthly assault on Bristol boards spearheaded a new creative direction in all of comics to take ownership of this new decade. This was the flagship prestige title in comics and opened up new standards in storytelling and artwork. It opened up the openings for highly motivated and eager artists set to explode the industry in exciting directions.

man this is one of the most memorable for me of this storyline, you really get the best of the best of the teams from this era masterfully done by Jim and Scott we are all very jealous of you and I cant imagine what you gave to get this but man I really have to believe you got the better end of this

For sure Archangel was training for a one legged ass kicking contest. Tremendous DPS, and a killer Grail for anyone's collection. Huuuuuge congrats!
