DescriptionSahin Karakoc is a painter and illustrator based in Turkey. His work has been featured in numerous books, magazines, collections and websites. I had been looking for a horror based book cover to add to my collection and I was thrilled to come across this piece. Based on the monster and characters from the 1967 horror movie, It! featuring Roddy McDowall, this piece was used for the cover of book 48 of the German Pulp Horror paperback series from the 70's and 80's. The piece was also used later for the John Sinclair German pulp horror paperback series book 83. It's a beautifully painted large piece of art and a welcome new addition to my collection.Year Published: 1980 Social/Sharing |
