DescriptionThis is a GREAT page! I have had this beautiful page for quite a bit, and about time to show. This is from the huge selling X-Men 30th anniversary issues back in 1993 with holofoil cards on hte covers. And few artists like John could tackle such an important book. X-Men #304 page 2 by John Romita junior and Dan Panosian."If you will not take responsibility for yourself, Magneto... then God help me I will!"—Professor X Synopsis for "...For What I Have Done" Exodus appears before the Acolytes and tells them of Fabian's betrayal, and then they leave Cortez. Many X-Men from all different teams attend Illyana's funeral. Before the funeral, Shadowcat notices a change in Colossus when he burns all his old paintings. Colossus also later blames Xavier for Illyana's death. Then the funeral starts. During the middle of the funeral, Magneto and his Acolytes appear. Magneto holds all the X-Men in place and tells them his ideas. When Quicksilver talks bad about Senyaka, Magneto kills Senyaka saying it was not 'his' decision for the Acolytes to attack the hospital. (X-Factor Vol 1 92) Magneto then offers them haven, and sends his Acolytes up. Bishop manages to absorb the energy and blast Magneto, freeing the X-Men. The X-Men are winning the fight until Colossus intervenes and joins Magneto's cause. Xavier then forces Magneto up and falls himself, only to be caught by Archangel. But the threat of Magneto is still out there. Notes Karma, Moonstar and Magma do not appear because they were all 'missing' at the time. Or the X-Men just couldn't contact them. It is unknown why Wolfsbane and Moira would miss the funeral of their good friend Illyana. 30th Anniversary giant-size issue - included a hologram card of Magneto on the cover. Social/Sharing |

Beautiful piece good buddy. I love the middle panel and word panels being on the page are just the icing for the JRJR cake. This page explodes drama. Congrats

Loving this era as this was around when it all started for me. Great page from a realty fun issue. Loved the special cover they gave this issue, I remember being so protective of it since I was so different.
