Great cover. But, I did not know there was a 35 cent variant for it. The published cover is 40 cents.

I'm no expert but IMO the Thing logo and the cornex box seems too white in comparation with the Beast, Ms Marvel and Nick Fury Logos and the rest of the cover. So perhaps the 35 cent part is perhaps a recreation because the original one was lost/missing.
