DescriptionSOLD AT AUCTION FOR $1,003!10x15" Bainbridge artboard has acrylic and airbrushed painting original art by Nelson DeCastro, known professionally as Nelson, a comic book artist known for his airbrushed cover art, and his interior penciling, inking and coloring work. Nelson's career began in the early 1990s, doing cover work and publishing his creator-owned work for Dark Horse Comics, before becoming a frequent artist for both Marvel Comics and DC Comics. Art was created for 1995 Fleer "Marvel Masterpieces" trading card set. Art is for X-Force/X-Men character Cable (soon to star in "Deadpool 2") and was for card #14. Image area measures 7-7/8x11.25". Artboard has some age spotting to bottom margin, but art remains bright, clean and is NM. Social/Sharing |
