DescriptionSOLD FOR $915.09!11x17" Marvel Comics artboard has Mark Texiera's pen and ink original art for page 16 of "Ghost Rider" Vol. 3 #19, published by Marvel Nov. 1991. Art features six panels, top half of page dominated by splash panel featuring Ghost Rider (Danny Ketch) battling Suicide. The battle continues in the following panels, w/Suicide being knocked through walls and engaging in fisticuffs w/Ghost Rider. Third panels features Ghost Rider delivering one a message about vengeance to which Suicide begs him to kill him, going so far as to punch and choke Ghost Rider, who ponders why such a powerful being would want to die. Screentone accent to Ghost Rider's leg in splash panel as well as in last panel. Texiera has signed in white paint at lower left. Top margin has stamped title and inked issue/page numbers. Artboard has small spot of staining in third panel, but o/w art remains clean and Exc. Social/Sharing |
