Great humour in this piece as the situation gets more absurd while Dredd remains stoic and cleverly adjusts. High quality Gibbons art that worldbuilds very simply and precisely.

EPIC. Never mind the fact that it's a twice-up Gibbons page from the only story he did (in the late 70's) for 2000 A.D.... You have the written proof here that Lips Lazarus is back from the dead! Fantastic. Sincere congrats on this treasure - what a classic!
