cool cover! Matias makes great choices with his colors and shading techniques - not familiar with the book but was instantly drawn to the image. congrats!

It's sort of an homage/modernization of Orwell's 'Animal Farm' by Tom King and Peter Gross. It's a fun book, but like you, I was definitely drawn to this image. The colors are so fantastic, and even better in person.

It's Bergara's use of colors that make this so cool! The primary colors on the flag may get your attention first, but the more natural colors of the shadows and the dog have a lot more layers and personality to them.

Judging by the scars on the dog, it's probably a book that'd make me sad. lol. But the art is gorgeous!
