Description

Thor battles Drax the Destroyer in this full-page splash from the Thunder God's long-running self-titled series. Both of these characters have been featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (Thor in his own self-titled featured films and the Avengers movies and Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy) making them some of the best known characters in Marvel's Modern stables. Thor art has long been widely collected and striking images of the Asgardian taking on other powerhouse heroes and villains are always in high demand. Bruce Zick is well established for his work as a production designer for films, animation, magazines and television. His work for Marvel was pretty limited, and his 9 issue run on Thor is his best known effort in mainstream comics. This art has an image area of approximately 10" x 15".
