Okay. So. This is pretty cool. It's one of the original concept drawings for what would be the 1986 Transformers Movie poster. I'm pretty sure the artists is Del Barrass as his style was the bubbly looking robots. But not positive so I havent listed him as such. I do know I recognize the art department head / concept designer Floro Dery's writing with his classic capitalized italic notes all over it. Which was a big selling point for me! Also cool to see that Springer was who they original had in mind for the focal point of the poster, only for Mr. Dery to write "Ultra Magnus" across his chest.

Since the actual movie poster was done in two parts. The background painted, then the hand drawn robots added in via the computer, there really isnt an actual original of the poster in it's entirety out there. So this will have to serve as the next best thing!

Oh and when I bought it, the seller never specified the size. But this thing is HUGE! 23x29!!!! It's literally the size of a movie poster. Nice surprise.
