I love the classic 70s feel of this, especially Neal's Lois.

Classic from one of the all-time best. Neal gives the figures a very real weight and solidity within the composition. And he masterfully nails the facial expressions to capture the joy of life and the thrill of flight.

A lovely re-creation of Supes and Lois from the cover of Superman Family #182. Interestingly the original version of that cover was drawn by Curt Swan and Neal used that layout as the basis for his version (which was subsequently printed).
