That's AWESOME!!! I won't SWEAR to this (because it was almost 15 years ago), but I THINK Gene told me that my sketchbook has his FIRST EVER drawing of Modesty Blaise ... done as a surprise sketch for me. I've told him several times since then how EXPENSIVE that sketch was (he drew it at no charge, but it turned me into a MB fan ... see how many MB strips I have bought since then, plus the cost of every MB graphic novel and first editions of every novel!!!)
