Description

Nice Thundercats page from the original Marvel/Star Comics series � features Lion-O and Mumm-Ra battling done by classic artist Jim Mooney! I collected these books as a kid because Thundercats was my favorite cartoon. I remember how it was cool for me to see the Thundercats in comic form after being such a fan of the show. So, naturally, I�m glad to have picked up this page off of eBay recently � takes me back!

Not even WHO?!?

Argh, these final panel cliffhangers!!

I needed to see the next page to find out who she is talking about! (And also to find out what the character's name is). Plus, I really like the way she is drawn. So I found the comic online and read it.

"Not even ... a Thundercat!"

Now why would she say that? Turns out Lynxana The Hunter is a bitter ex-Thundercat from Thundera who was unfairly passed over for a position of responsibility by her brother. Then she was banished by Lion-O's father himself! This is now the full extent of my Thundercats knowledge.

I thought this was your very first post on CAF, but it is your very first posting of a piece 1989 and prior. Oops. Anyway, very cool page!
