Description

Jack in his early stages of rejecting his father's legacy. I think that we are all happy that he eventually came around to accept the legacy. I'm glad that Robinson didn't leave the character in someone else's hands to become just another monthly title whose continued existence was solely based on sales numbers. But at the same time leaving everything to Courtney didn't feel right either. He could have just driven West with his son and retired the Starman mantle.

The amount of background details that Tony Harris put into these pages really stands out when you get to see the original page. This is such a phenomenal page, congrats!

What a helluva page. It so encapsulates much of those first issues. I'll respectfully disagree about passing on the mantle, being a series that was so much about legacy, but wholeheartedly agree that the right thing was done by the character, not forcing him to go when his story was over.
