The Tommy S effect is rippling through and we're caught in a wave of great cel artwork! With Roger Rabbit poping out of a hat, live action/animation was cutting edge stuff. A 90's Cool World cel with the sultry voice of Kim Basinger is bascially a movie prop that you can screenmatch as well as be seen as standalone piece of artwork.
