DescriptionRelatively small 8.5 X 14 art for the original Ultra Klutz and Other Tales zines which were later published in the indy comic. They were all rough non-photo blue penciled and then straight to ink. No tight graphite pencils and so no erasing was needed (that was brave!). All Rapidiograph nibs for ink, before I started using a brush. Note the left border whited out on panel three to opt for Shnoz Monster popping out of the grid, which survives the transition to reprint Book One's tighter gutters. Plus folio for same is added to bottom.Social/Sharing |

Love the page! Ultra Klutz was one of the under-heralded comics of its day -- funny and touching. It's great to see these posted!
