Looks like it was published 8/14/1972.

When I was younger seeing Frank Robbins work was like a shock to the system. I was like why did DC hire this guy. With age and understanding I look at Frank's work and just amazed as his storytelling, spotting blacks and dynamic energy in his work.

I have been thinking about getting a page of his work, but this was a nice starter piece of Robbin's work.
