Description

Have held off on a Byrne page because I wanted it to be from a series I enjoyed and did not feel like spending an arm and a leg for X-Men of FF work. This fit the bill perfectly as Generations was a blast and this page was very cool.

I re-read Generations a few months ago. It's still a fun read. John Byrne can make the most of 100 or so pages with the best of them.

This shows the enthusiasm of Byrne as the art has the classic Byrne facial structures and anatomy. His imagination works overtime in this story with great confidence as his legend status was assured.

I just read the omnibus collection of Byrne's Generations and what a fun series it turned out to be! The story was fun and imaginative and the art was excellent. This was one of the pages that stood out ifor me n the first storyarc. The storytelling is solid and Byrne manages to draw A LOT of detail, without making it look busy. Love his take on Alfred. Great action pose, it really feels like Robin is flying through the air. Congrats.
