Description

From 1947 the French super hero Fantax, art by Robert Rocca (Bob Roc).

This is one of three pages I recently acquired and I have to go back to the seller to get the issue # of the comic this page is from.

This art is already some of my absolute favorite stuff. In person it is truly stunning stuff.

While it is fun to buy and sell art at times there are pages and parts of my collection I would never sell (or not unless it was a Godfather offer) and this material fits the bill. I love Ditko, Wally Wood, Joe Kubert and all the rest of the fantastic artists that illustrate comics but this is a unique piece of art that I am happy to own. Now I have to translate it.
