DescriptionThe Great 6 Issue Hulk Run John Byrne Drew... and a memorable cover from those 6 is this...The Storyline of the HULK and Banner being separated...Sometimes to handle the deepest of threats...Embracing the Monster is far more effective than separating and attempting to destroy it... When we later see that both Banner and the HULK begin to grow weaker during this separation. It is a statement very much to the archetypes within us.. Marvel and comics in general are a form of Modern Mythology and I have witnessed that they very much are the essences of Gods and Goddesses..many from ancient practices beliefs and actualities transliterated into a comic form such as the Hulk.. In many cultures there sects. of beings considered to be or called wrathful Deities..The HULK would be an equivalent of that... And it is not for us to eliminate wrathful masculine energies but know exactly when and where it is the proper and a desired place for it. The same as more peaceful archetypes have their place in some situations, and are hardly suitable for others. This whole idea shows that when we separate one of these essential pieces of our being from the whole the whole becomes weaker... In this case the wrathful side... As I am on my way to the gym to lift weights... That HULK energy the powerful assertive Masculine cosmic energy is most suited for this and hardly suited for the scholar God energies that are more well suited in the writing of an instruction manual for transcendent meditation... Being a unified being and effectively out-letting each part for creative effectiveness is what a high level sentient existence calls for ...Instead of separation of these various forces from the whole.... The grand unified harmony of the myriad cosmic forces that make up the fabric of what we are is the higher form and way of being in this cosmos. And this key moment in the Hulks storyline is a moment where this idea of separating primal wrath from an aspect of the self posing as disharmonious to the whole is found to be the lesser path to choose, and that is a lesson that any being can learn and adjust and experiment and realize how to form a compatible relationship with all of the different traits...energies and high forces within ....ahh this is learning from my own path delivered here my own Cosmic Phoenix path...of what is required to be effectively one of the great beings in existence...That include wrath, intellect, artistry, and continual death and rebirth... —-Your unified ally in transformation, ascension and comic art... Awesome! LOVED Byrne's all too short run on the Hulk! When I think "Byrne" I think "Hulk" - prime example from his work on the book. CongratsQ!

Yes. Thx..Byrne's brief and yet long lasting impact on the Hulk is equal to the impact he has when he thunder claps..Some of the most awesome and memorable images of the hulk have been drawn by Byrne

It speaks to the core of the character as Marvel's Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde that Stan Lee took inspiration from. As always, Byrne is a game changer!

It may be a John Byrne Hulk cover (and an INCREDIBLE one at that) but it's also a metaphor for humanity/all of us, fighting our inner demons/monsters. Sometimes we overcome, and other times we let the monster take over and come out - only time will tell which version the world needs.

First thanks for appreciating my continual episodes of art sharing and on the philosophy of the cover..it is for sure something everyone connects with on how to deal with the monster/demons as u say ..It is my position and experience is that the reason and pure reason why those powerful forces within us can be felt as demons is when and purely when that nature is twisted in some way through experiential conditioning and so the key is not beating the demons but removing the conditions that warped that aspect of our being into feeling like one ..and then installing new conditions where that strength is an asset empowering us 😈💪😇
