What a great page from one of Ross' seminal works! The old heroes going against the new 90's heroes and the big incident hinted to come.

One in the hand is worth . . . ? This and Marvels, IMO, are Ross' best work. By far.

Ohhhhhh, KIT! Right on, man - Great Scott! Alex's Superman is so good, it can even upstage an Alex Ross Wonder Woman (which is nigh impossible). The red on Superman's cape here pops out SO intensely among the rubble and the rabble; this must be such an amazing sight to behold in person. This is a glorious, historical piece from a comic narrative masterwork. You can trace the DNA from this project in literally scores of subsequent stories; other comics, television shows, motion pictures... And speaking of scores, this is a superb one; an incredible add to your sincerely sensational gallery and collection. Wow - I'm speechless. Well done, my friend! Most sincere congratulations!
