Description

P.J. Monahan did this under his pseudonym, Glen White (he did a few covers for the pulp Argosy All-Story Weekly under this name). This one is from the May 7, 1921 issue, for H.M. Egbert's (pseudonym of Victor Rousseau) "My Lady of the Nile." I picked this up at a Pulpcon several years ago.
