DescriptionIn my opinion, Barry Windsor-Smith is one of the greatest comic book artists of our time. As I've expanded my collection, I’ve always hesitated to acquire a page from his highly sought-after *Conan* run, mainly because it was ahead of my time. Frankly, I loved the movies but never read the comics growing up. So, when Manix started creating his take on vintage covers, this idea quickly jumped to the top of my list. I'm very happy to add this to my collection—perhaps even more so than if it were the original.Social/Sharing |

Easily the most fun artist to come around in the last decade. His stuff is so good!

A fun, fitting tribute to one of the greatest artists of the Bronze Age. No question Manix can take a iconic image and make it fresh again. Congratulations!

Just too much fun! You know, never noticed before, but I think the secret to Manix is he draws faces that look like thumbs (fingers?) with eyes on them. just too cute!

I have never seen a thumb with cleavage before and I'm not gonna lie I'm way more excited than I should be.

Conan does lots of cleaving so its appropriate that there's cleavage.

Between the time when Wolverine drank Adamantium and the rise of Deadpool, there was an age undreamed of. And unto this, Manix, destined to wear the jeweled crown of Comic Art Fans upon a troubled brow. It is Jiggy, his chronicler, who alone can tell thee of his saga. Let me tell you of the days of high adventure!
