Well, this is just a terrific cover. Not that familiar with the artist's work, but it's stellar. Looks like a good read too.

First Ratcatcher and a whole new phobia for Batman fans to get obsessed with! Bingham captured the zeitgeist as the post Year Two era was even darker and led up to the first movie in 1989.
