Description

Jim Cheung is an artist that has eluded me for a while� I�m a fan of his slick style and always enjoy seeing some of his originals. Thankfully for Jim his art has really taken off! Because of this I wasn�t sure I would be able to get an example from a title that works with my collection, that being from his original run on X-force, where I first remember his art� thankfully a buddy of mine was way ahead of the curve and had collecting a good amount of his pieces before the big price jumps! (George is always ahead of the curve�) so we were able to work out a trade for this very fun title page featuring a favorite of mine. James Proudstar and inked by one of my favorite inkers Mark Morales. Thanks George!

Love and tradition of Jim Cheung design

Some people trade it's even Hage art too kind

But well there must be some comics glue

Inside these frames on walls

Cuz, all I see is collector of dreams

With J Dam bursting out of every seam

An X-Force buy

Mark's gonna fill your house with inks to see

Stoic looking James here setting the tone from page 1. Congrats on adding a sweet Cheung piece! And those Morales inks, too!

Great splash and well traded for!! This title page is screaming for an overlay with all that negative space for titles/credits/text boxes! congrats and looking forward to seeing what George got! :)
