DescriptionChris Bachalo is one of the artists that is an exception to my “example” collecting ways… and to be blunt it’s because I can’t get enough of seeing his art! So when I had a chance to grab another fun page from the book an associate him with most … why not!! Great example of his stylistic story telling . Big panel of a total Bachalo looking car crashing and all kinds of craziness in the scene (don’t miss the cat! ) .. you can tell he had a blast drawing that panel.. then some very nice shots of most of the GenX kids doing heroic stuff! Just the kind of piece that makes me break the rules!Social/Sharing |

It's fantastic cartooning! It's like an extension of the visual design and storytelling style he used for Death The High Cost of Living and using it to express the fiery tempest of wild youth during the 90's.

Nice Bachalo page! That car panel is superb. Congrats on adding multiple examples. Who needs rules anyway!
