DescriptionA huge thanks to Cadence and Corey for helping me with this one. I'm thrilled, and a little sad, to be posting only the second piece from this series here on CAF. All the interiors and original covers are still with the creators, so variant covers are the only option.The trade for this series was just released, I urge you to give it a read. Beautiful cover! I agree with you that Laila was the best book to come out last year. Both the story and art were perfect. Congrats on adding this one!

I can't find any music that would fit with Laila. So I'm going to say that this fits in with your lady holding a skull and flowers theme of life and death balancing out. Even if you got six arms to do all you ever want to achieve in life, in the end the scales will be balanced of good deeds and bad.

Really creative piece. Makes me feel like Hunter S. Thompson is solving a murder case at the Bellagio. Definetly an art piece I can appreciate.

What a masterful control of watercolor on the flowers, using the pigment density to provide the lines. This is beautiful to look at - thanks for sharing ML!

I loved this series so much and I hope we see some Andrade pages, but this is a vantastic example in its stead - congrats ML!
