Man what a great start to this mini series! I've been waiting for this since Heroes Con. A few of us were talking to Daniel, and asked him what he was working on, and he said "I'm really trying to do a Wonder Woman story, and I'm talking with DC about it right now... But, I'm only going to do it if they let me do MY thing."

His thing it is! This book is pure Daniel Warren Johnson, and I love it! I'm so stoked to have two connecting pages from the first issue, and that one of them was my top page choice... page 34!

**************** SPOILER BELOW DONT READ IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE SPOILED***********

Page 34 is the spot in the book that punched me in the feels. It's that part where Diana decides to put her life on the line for a human race that decided to end her life. And it wasn't an unrealistic threat given that she's woken up with diminished powers, and she knows it. And that just punched me in the chest. I cant wait until next month for another issue release, and I'm hoping another art drop.
