Description

After already adding the DPS for pages 2 & 3 and the splash pg 14 to my collection , I'm so pleased to have now finally added the cover !
Now over 30 years old but still an AMAZING piece of early Hitch art with his own inks, you can really see the Alan Davis influence here ( especially in Maxima's face & hair )
I guess that this might constitute as a DC 'What If' and have to say I'm glad as it's quite a striking image with Supes & Maxima kissing on Lois's headstone !

Awesome cover from an awesome annual, but on Lois' headstone? Seriously, Clark? I guess Superman became something of a jerk in the far-flung future of the year 2001.
