DescriptionQuinton Hoover was best known for his work illustrating many of the early Magic the Gathering cards. In fact, he was one of the original 25 artists who created the original set of cards.While not MTG card art, this 8.5x11 pencil drawing is one of the finest examples of his work I've ever seen. The tones and shading he was able to create with the softest and finest line is simply incredible. Very sadly Quinton passed away at only 49 years old in 2013. Social/Sharing |
