I was fortunate to see DG Chichester at a convention earlier this year and having read his Daredevil as a kid and never seeing him at a con before I thought it would be fun to have him and Scott McDaniel do competing head sketches. At first DG was reluctant, in the nicest way possible, saying he's not an artist but he agreed to do it so long as I sent him what Scott did afterwards.
I sent the cover to the great Scott McDaniel and let him do his thing and this amazing sketch cover came back with Daredevil squaring off against Hellspawn with DG's headsketch in Daredevil's thought bubble and Scott taking care of the rest.
If you've never had Scott work on a commission, you really should and seeing the result, make sure to add DG on there too!

McDaniel's Daredevil looks as good as ever. It has that same intensity and ferocity during his run.
