I can't believe I actually own an original Mazzucchelli piece! Thanks to Spencer Beck for helping me acquire this beautiful Catwoman drawing. This is from David's last major convention appearance several years ago. Apparently he never sold any of his Year One artwork so if you want something Bat related these specialty pieces are all there is. Hopefully one day I can snag a Daredevil piece by him as well.

What a rare treasure! Mazzucchelli's Catwoman steals every scene in which she appears in Year One, but I've never seen one of those original pages on the market (and I probably couldn't afford one if it surfaced, anyhow...). Thanks for posting!

Thanks, it's still one of my prized possessions! Mazzucchelli still has all of the art for Year One minus a couple of promotional pieces. Supposedly he routinely rebuffs crazy sums if money for them so who knows when/if ever they will hit the market. I believe he still has all of the art for "Born Again" too. What's out there is only from the last few issues of his DD run that was actually considered part of another story at the time. Imagine how much all of those pages must be worth!! I'm still holding out for a Year One Artist's Edition one of these days.
