Description

What really sold me on this was the concept of the comic "Storming Paradise". The comic is a hard alternative history on What If we never dropped the atomic bomb and had to storm Japan.

It's a 6 issue mini-series covering Operation Olympus and the invasion of Japan written by Chuck Dixon and fully illustrated by Jackson Guice.

I really enjoy reading alternative history as a great way to explore the hard concepts of history and "review" other what if scenarios...especially when there aren't any perfect answers. I respect the attempt when writers and artists tackle the genre.

They lightened the colors in the published version as it gave more realism to the jungle scene while at the same time lose the war time propaganda poster look this one has.
