Description

Fun, finished illustration of Pagan Lee by McWilliams who was certainly a fan of the Raymond and his run on Rip Kirby (who isn't?). I believe published as there are pencil markings suggesting no reduction with printing. I do not know what it was used for but perhaps I will find out one day or someone out there can help.
