DescriptionRemember, remember, the Fifth of November...It is with great pleasure & excitement, on 11/5/2021, that I reveal the acquisition of a true grail for me, a page from V For Vendetta. In my teens, I recall picking up each issue monthly, reading them over & over, trying to absorb the complex story, character development, & political tones. Admittedly, perhaps not understanding what I was reading at the time, it was one of many stories read, which shaped my world view. To this day, I'll still hand out a copy of the book as a gift to someone that may need the insight of this prophetic tale. I'm over the moon that I was able to attain this piece of art, notable for the moment the Voice of Fate lost his mind, along with some splendid images of V. I'm looking forward to admiring it for a long time to come and pleased I can share it with the community here. Social/Sharing |

'Member Alan Moore? 'Member David Lloyd?
Highly influential story and imagery that became a symbol of the anti establishment across the world with wide and deep impact. What did this Moore story say about power and those in power? Interpret in any way you want, because his lesson and the call to action belongs to all of us.

V gives Lewis Prothero a fate (sorry) worse than death. I liked what it became, but I loved these earlier Abominable Doctor Phibes-inspired stories.
