Intriguing choice for Miller who has had affinity towards the Ninja, Ronin, and Samurai thoughout his career.

That played a big part on character choice, along with the fact that the character is connected to all of Miller's major Marvel work (son of Shingen, half brother of Mariko, first appearance was in Daredevil, he was once killed by Elektra, the hand tried to recruit him as their new leader, etc). And yes I obviously put way to much thought into my commissions sometimes lol
