A cool, early Bagley page! I bought and read this issue when it came out, but don't remember anything about it. So as I sit here now reading the title, "What If The Alien Costume Had Possessed Spider-Man?", I can't help but think, the alien costume DID possess Spider-Man. Wasn't that what the first issue of Web of Spider-Man was all about? Not to mention those issues of ASM in the late 250's?

It was a pretty cool story. In this issue, Peter and Reed weren't able to get rid of the symbiote, and it bonded with Peter until it used him up, leaving him aged 90+ years and then bonded with progressively more powerful hosts such as Hulk and Thor.

The action is fast paced and clearly had an extra effort put in to leave a big impression upon the audience. A burst of energy at every turn by Bagley which he would even out when given longer runs on titles.

A fun page that predates Bagley's ASM run by a huge margin.
