One of my treasures!

From the Thor Annual issue that kicked off the Eternals Saga, and the final issue of Thor that Walter penciled before returning 5 years later to write and draw his epic Thor Saga.

Mimir tells Thor of a time in the past, that has been blocked from his memory. Thor left Asgard for Midgard, and during his travels, met the Eternals and learned of the Deviants and Mutates. Thor also learned about the Celestials, but Valkin blocked his memories until now...

Thor in glorious battle! They give room for the artist to improv and the best artists know how yo pace and build momentum between storybeats with creative scenes they want to draw and what we want to see.
