Mike knows lighting, and texture, and it looks effortless with the inkwash. Bat's right hand disappearing into negative space is just flaunting his experience. I really dig it too.

Wow! That is amazing to hear. Was it at a convention? I'd love to post a picture of the booth or him working on it if you have one.
