Saturday August 12, 2023 Bill Cox hosted a live interview and art sale with Dan Brereton.

I was lucky enough to get my mitts on this stunning painting of Poison Ivy. I'm not a big fan of cheesecake character art but the colors are so rich and incorporates the quintessential horror style that Dan's known for.

Scan's a bit dark but you can still see how lush the colors of the piece are. I can't wait to get it up on the wall.

It's perfect for the fall season as Ivy laments the falling of leaves while she remains evergreen. She's perfectly perched on the branch with her natural curve and framed on the other side by the moon and its warm glow upon her.

Killer colors, man. Always LOVE the contrast of the green vs red when it comes to Ivy's look and Brereton provides a mighty fine example here! Congrats!
