Description

Magnificent 14"x7" image of evil ghost warrior spirit on his skeletal horse. Done in gouache and pastel on black five hole sixteen field paper. Created as a concept for the "Night on Bald Mountain" sequence in FANTASIA (1940) by Art Director Kay Nielsen. Other evil spirit suggestions by Nielsen can be found on the model sheet shown in WALT DISNEY'S FANTASIA by John Culhane, Abrams, 1983, page 190.
