Description

An important moment in both the HUSH storyline and Batman history. More than 60 years after their first meeting, Batman finally reveals his secret identity to Catwoman!

According to Jim Lee: "Yeah, there was a question as to whether this was going to happen or not. It required a lot of people signing off on the decision, and so we had two versions of the ending ready to go. In fact, I think I originally pencilled the scene where Catwoman stops Bruce Wayne from revealing himself, and then we got last minute A okay to do what we wanted to do. Even I was like, "Whoa should we do this?". But Jeph Loeb felt that it was a very important moment in the story, and there was stuff he wanted to explore even after "Hush" was over."

The above image shows Batman with his cowl still on. Jim Lee drew Bruce Wayne's face on a separate bristol board, instead of an overlay. I'm assuming DC Comics then Photoshopped the two pieces for the published comic book.
