Pencils and Inks by Nick Derington.Brian Michael Bendis and Nick Derington took Batman through a whirlwind tour DC in the fantastic Batman Universe mini-series. Here Bruce Wayne has partnered with Jonah Hex as they square off against the series Big Bad, Vandal Savage. I was first introduced to Nick's work with his covers to Mister Miracle, some of my ALL TIME favorite comic covers. This series gave Nick the chance to unleash his talent on a range of locations and time periods throughout the DC universe. I highly recommend handing this book to new comic readers, as it is a great gateway to DC. Social/Sharing |

You can't ask for a more talented writer and artist duo. This was such a fun story, and a great page from it. I especially love that third panel.
