Oooh! Love this daily! Constance Heath is one of my favorite OS characters. Here's a great strip featuring Constance, Mary, and Eric. But who is that hiding in the murk...?? Interestingly, Starr drew Constance quite homely in the early years of the strip - but by the mid sixties, she was a "mature" babe!

Well designed patterns throughout the strip and the fashion design must have been reseached as well.

Good eye! Starr was very meticulous about Mary's fashion choices and would scour magazines to make sure he was up on the latest trends. Same for all his female characters.

Thanks! This is one of the best dailies in my collection. Starr at his best was pretty incredible.
