Hits the sweet spot for many readers who grew up studying the power levels and origins of their favorite heroes and villains. These drawing are some of the most memorable images as they would be the first time they see the Owl if they were just getting into reading.

That was exactly the case for me, Marcus! I bought a number of these issues as a kid and loved flipping through the pages and reading about characters I never encountered while collecting my usual titles (Amazing Spider-Man, Uncanny X-Men, X-Factor, Avengers and West Coast Avengers). I love being able to add the original artworks to my collection!

How much can he bench press? Man, I loved OHOTMU as a kid, just like you all. Flipping through the powers and backgrounds. Matching up all the class 100 strength guys, and figure out who was stronger. And the great pose images throughout. I very much preferred this edition, to when they only did the turnaround figures. Very cool score. Congrats!

Thanks, J! Yup, the Deluxe Editions were the versions I grew up with and are the only ones whose original art I want to add to my collection. As for Owl's strength level. He has the normal strength of a man who engages in moderate exercise soooo...not that strong.

Cool! I like the mysterious kind of nature with the cloak. But you do have that claw peeking out! Worthy add to the villain collection, BJH - congrats! And I see that claw connection with a certain SFII boss :)

Thanks, K! Metal claws do seem to be the weapon of choice for villains...or a certain short and hairy mutant. And possibly the monarch of a small African nation...

Thanks, John! I'm hoping to continue the theme of OHTMU villains but it's not easy to find affordable ones. But I'll keep trying!

Till last month I've never read any early Daredevil stories and I'm collecting comics since 1992 (so shame on me 😂). I found out thar I'll like them very much. I don't care that they are full of word boxes and balloons. That the love drama between between Matt, Karen and Foggy could sometimes be a little less and also that the villains are not always on the F4 level. Especially in the Wally Wood issues imo they are very early Batman like. If you like classic 50's and 60's comics these issues are highly recommended.
