DescriptionDC Super Heroes Poster Book Wraparound Cover features DC’s most popular heroes from the late 1970s drawn by Neal Adams and Dick Giordano on a gigantic 26" x 19" board.Heritage notes "Neal Adams' hand is strongly present in the faces of Superman, Superboy, and Batman. And classic Romance comic artist Dick Giordano's work is evidenced in the faces of Wonder Woman and Supergirl." Anyone's guess who did more on Aquaman, Flash, Red Tornado, Black Canary, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, Hawkman, Hawkwoman, Elongated Man and Joker...plus the Captain Marvel Family. Supergirl wearing her puffy-sleeved blouse with fringed hot-pants. The art was also used for the frontispiece and a DC house ad promoting the poster book. This was representative of DC in the late 70's and 80's. Great to see such a huge stable of heroes. The art is a great example of Adams and Giordano. Congrats.

I have a poster sized ART Adams, does that count? LOL! Man, I may be a Marvel guy, but this is just sweet. Doesn't really get much more iconic than an Adams/Giordano DC piece. Congrats Dino!

Absolutely SUPERb!! A huge piece with lots of characters, so many that they even doubled up on Superman and added Joker in the back. Congrats on this beauty!

awesome flash black to the 70's. love that they included the whole marvel family even uncle Dudley. and the classic riddler costume. fantastic addition to your collection.

Great piece Dino - huge congratulations! I loved this book as a kid and the cover in particular was always a fave. Just my opinion, but while this cover was attributed to "Neal Adams Studio", I would wager this is 100% Giordano. Yes, some of the faces and poses look Adams-esque, but this was typical for Giordano at this time. Either way, again it is a great piece.

Very cool Dino! This cover always struck me as being a Giordano cover than an Adams cover, but very nice either way.

An epic piece and looks especially amazing all framed up. I clicked on it without looking at the artist and thought Neal Adams, so I might be getting slightly better at this stuff. Love it and congrats!

OMG! What a fantastic wraparound cover! The entire DC line-up, drawn by the legendary Neal Adams and Dick Giordano? To quote Mike Burkey, "You gotta be kidding me!" It's a splendid work of art, used in so many different places and publications. I am sincerely jealous. Congratulations!
