Description

This is the original cover concept, the tight layout and preliminary original artwork for the 2003 Harris Comics cover for "Vampirella Vampology" and the Jay Company variant exclusive which was also published in 3 versions, a standard, a virgin (no logos) as well as a limited edition Museum Edition.

This artwork was also used in the 2011 Vamprella trading card set for the high profile Checklist Card #V-72, produced by Breygent and Dynamite Entertainment as well as the artwork being featured on the back of the Vampirella 2011 Limited Edition Promo Card for SDCC Comic Con 2011 for Breygent/Dynamite (that card had artwork by Greg Horn on the front side)

This also comes with a limited edition print which is a color version of the final artwork, illustrated by Mike Choi and colored by Sonia Oback

Both pieces are 11" x 17" in size and the Cover Prelim is illustrated on standard comic art illustration board in pencil with fine details. Both pieces are hand signed, autographed by Mike Choi at the bottom
