Description

A bit of a curio. This piece was advertised for sale as having appeared as an advertisement in the Dutch comic Eppo in 1970 (unconfirmed). Nevertheless, it was definitely used as the front cover of Pandarve #14 in 2003. Pandarve being the Dutch Don Lawrence fan magazine.

The speech balloon for Jano is blank. However a loose translation of Trigo’s says, “By all the stars Janno…that thing’s alive!”

13.2 x 16.9cm on artist board.

Definitely NOT for sale.
