Adam Warren came to Big Wow ComicFest in San Jose for the first time in 2014. It was his first appearance in the bay area in a long time.

EMPOWERED's Ninjette Q+A

This page sums up some of the supporting characters very nicely. Capitan Rivet is leader of the Superhomeys and strives to be fair and just. Maidman is a Batman equivalent. He was the subject of the best Empowered Special "Ten Questions for the Maidman" with color art by Emily Warren (no relation). Major Havoc led a disastrous operation in which many teammates died, but is oblivious to his own failings. I'd love to see him get his comeuppance.
