Description

This story was he first Superman story I read after getting back into comics after college. It was one of my first introductions to Geoff Johns and I was amazed the great director Richard Donner contributed to the story. It was also my introduction Adam Kubert and even with the delays I was blown away by the art every issue. Love the technique he used with the pages, with the inked central figures and detailed background pencils. After Adams CAF art sale a few weeks back, it spurred me in to finally find a good page. Unfortunately not many have hit the market but I got lucky with the timing on this one. The all out action story finale, it shows Superman taking on Zod and his crew with kryptonite and red sun rifles to rescue Christopher Kent, the son of Zod and Ursa.
